For our final project for Harvard Business School’s Managing Service Operations course, we developed KOYADCA, an AI-driven life coaching platform designed to enhance behavior change through scalable, personalized engagement. The project applied core service operations principles, focusing on capacity management, service customization, and digital automation. KOYADCA integrates machine learning with human coaching to optimize user adherence while balancing cost efficiency. It leverages behavioral economics tools—commitment contracts, social accountability, and dynamic nudging—to sustain motivation. By blending AI-driven automation with human expertise, KOYADCA aims to improve scalability and accessibility in the health coaching industry. Future considerations include operational testing, refining AI-human interactions, and assessing service delivery outcomes.
