Emergency medicine residents will manage various critical scenarios encountered in the emergency department. These simulation sessions provide residents with the opportunity to be the team leader as well as a supporting team member in patient care management.

Objectives:

1. Discuss effective teamwork and communication skills during emergencies
2. Practice patient care management of common and infrequent clinical scenarios
3. Develop technical skills useful in patient care management
